What is Psoriasis?

Psoriasis is a chronic skin disease. It means the skin condition is permanent it doesn’t go away. People with Psoriasis have dry skin, thick pink patches with white silvery scales. The thick scaly patches are called plaques.

Prevention of Psoriasis

There are no ways to cure Psoriasis but there are things to reduce the symptoms of Psoriasis.

  • Take bath daily.
  • Daily apply moisturizers on your skin.
  • Keep your body hydrated.
  •  Take little amount of sunlight.
